Catherine of Foix, Countess of Candale

Catherine de Foix (c. 1455 – died before 1494) was a French noblewoman.
She was a daughter of Gaston IV, Count of Foix and Eleanor of Navarre.〔''Revue de l'Agenais'', Volume 4, Société des sciences, lettres et arts d'Agen, Société académique d'Agen, (P. Noubel, Impremeur-Editeur, 1877), 497.〕 Granddaughter of John II of Aragón and Blanche I of Navarre.
Catherine married Gaston II de Foix, Count of Candale and Benauges.

They had four children:

*Jean de Foix, Archbishop of Bordeaux.
*Pierre de Foix, died without issue.
